Every project is different. Pricing is quoted around your design, material, size and quantity.

03 / THE CUSTOM PROCESS

A clear path
from idea to object.

For custom projects, you don’t need to have every detail figured out. A file, a sketch or a description is a good place to start.

  1. 01

    Tell us the brief.

Share what you want to make, how it will be used and any dimensions or files you already have.

  2. 02

    Work out the details.

Discuss the design, material, quantity and timing. Review the quote before moving forward.

  3. 03

    Bring it to life.

With the approach agreed, the project moves into printing. Refine the design if the brief calls for another iteration.

  4. 04

    Put it to work.

Get your part into the real world. Keep the next version, a repeat order or a new idea moving.

THE STEALTHLINE APPROACH

Useful by design.
Yours by definition.

A product from our range or a part shaped around your brief — good design starts with the right questions. What does it need to do? Where does it need to fit? What could work better?

Let’s work it out

05 / SHOP & CUSTOM WORK

A few
good questions.

Have a custom project in mind?
Tell us what you need.

Start a custom project
Will you sell ready-to-make products?

Yes. We’re preparing a shop for Stealthline gears, components and brackets. Product listings and ordering will be added when the range is ready. For a part shaped around your own requirements, start a custom project.

Do I need a finished design for custom work?

No. A sketch, dimensions or a description of what the part needs to do can start the conversation. If you already have a model, include a file link in your brief.

What files should I include?

A link to an STL, 3MF or STEP file is useful, along with any drawings, reference photos or dimensions. Set the link permissions so the file can be viewed without requesting access.

How do you choose the material?

The right choice depends on how and where the part will be used. Include any needs around strength, flexibility, heat or outdoor exposure in your brief so the available options can be discussed.

How much will my project cost?

Cost depends on the design work, part size, material, print complexity and quantity. Share your requirements to get a project-specific quote before work begins.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the design, print duration and current workload. Include your preferred deadline in the brief so feasibility and an estimated schedule can be discussed.

Can I request more than one part?

Yes. Include your quantity and any differences between the parts. Repeat components and small batches can be assessed as part of the same project brief.

06 / YOUR CUSTOM PROJECT

What are
you thinking?

Tell us about the custom part, the problem or the possibility. A little context goes a long way.
